About me

Born in Ethiopia raised in Britain. At the time of a civil war that claimed over a million and a half lives, in the country of Ethiopia, Marcus was born son to a teenage mother, abducted, abused and forced to flee for her life, to then be separated to live as a stranger in a strange land.

I grew up at the time the only black child in the area in which I was sent to live and attended school, facing everyday, threats, hazards and challenges, overcoming struggles to survive. This eventually lead me to living life in the fast-lane devoid of direction, fatherhood or purpose, burning the candle at both ends with no end in sight.

 

But God. He had a plan, which eventually led me to discover the reality of who He is and realized that Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the the life, that's when I decided to give my life to Christ...

and I'm still on that journey to this day. As a word of encouragement to you the reader. Do not give up on your life, you are not a mistake, you are God's good gift for these last days. Become who you are meant to be.
